Witcher 2 Potion Length is a mod for the game The Witcher 2: Bloodlines. The aim of this mod is to increase the length of all potions to 10 minutes as seen in the game. There are various reasons why this mod was created. The main one is that the game's potions and food items are too short-lived.
In the vanilla version of The Witcher 3, most items last 20 or so seconds. Trying to stay on top of which items are in play and which ones you need to take next proves to be demanding and exhausting. Attempting to keep track of the six adversaries who are continually attacking you while they are all around you.
